The quartet not only worked to raise funds for Fisk University, but they also helped support many other community projects. This Nashville Globe concert advertisement was for a program to benefit the recently rebuilt Roger Williams University. RWU was a historically black college that was established in Nashville Tennessee in 1866, but burned down under suspicious circumstances in 1905. After being rebuilt in another Nashville location in 1908 Roger Williams University eventually merged with Howe Institute in Memphis in 1927. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_Williams_University_(Nashville,_Tennessee)
